All That Fills Us by Autumn Lytle
Did not finish book.
no. absolutely not.
i only skimmed the first two chapters, but was shocked at the graphic details about mel’s eating disorder. there’s a way you can portray eds thoughtfully, and this was not it.
this was a manual, a guide to starving yourself, disguised as a story.
i mean no offense to the author, im sure she’s a very sweet person, i just couldn’t get through this. it had a very romanticized view of anorexia, and honestly that scared me. it hit a bit too close to home, and i couldn’t handle it.
