Once again, Bob Woodward tells us everything we need to know and in this book he examines Ukraine, the Middle East, and in some ways, the political war waging in the US. Few people have access to all the people and sources he does and this goes a long way into showing the many sides of these issues. It can not be mentioned enough at how close we came to nuclear war this past year and for anyone who thinks these issues are easy to solve are dangerously ignorant. Personally I wrestle with wanting to stick my head in the sand for my mental health and needing to know everything that's happening but I can always rely on Mr. Woodward to provide accurate, contextual information. Typically I would have finished this in a couple days but I had to take it in small doses as there is so much to digest - intellectually and emotionally. Heaven help us all.
