Spaceside by Michael Mammay is a very worthy sequel!
I especially loved how we get more insight into the main character, and the repercussions to his mental health from what happened in book one.
This is a mix of sci-fi, military, mystery and just felt smooth all around.
The first half is slower and more seeing the time, while we get the action in the second part. For me this worked really well.
And the end. The end! Gimme book three!
