I'm currently reading Echo by Thomas Olde Heuvelt. I'm reading an owned copy whilst listening to the audiobook. This is my second read of this book. Reading this for a buddy read.
Already loving it again. I love these kind of horror books, a nice and slow build with it becoming scarier and scarier throughout. I also just love the very casual representation of a gay couple in this book, really appreciate that a lot! Probably going to reread this every October.
Yeah just loved this. Is it perfect? No definitely not and I can see why other people didn't like it. But I just absolutely love it. Especially the characters. Nick and Sam are favorite characters.

I'm currently reading Echo by Thomas Olde Heuvelt. I'm reading a Dutch copy from the library and listening to the audiobook at the same time. I'm reading this for my Authors TBR, where I read authors I have loved in the past. I loved Hex by this author.
I'm really enjoying this so far. Right from the start, it's super creepy. I just love Thomas Olde Heuvelt's writing style. It's pretty modern and very up tempo and creepy. Excited to see where it goes.
This was amazing! It is a pretty long book, but it is suspencefull and thrilling throughout. I just loved it! What I also loved, was that this book was queer. It was casually interwoven with the story and I just loved that! I highly recommend this if you like horror and want to read something creepy. 5 stars and I think a new favorite!
