This is the first book that I brought from this author. The first book that sat down and read from beginning to end. I fell in love with Ms. Winters writing with this book. It is included in the set Not My Heart to Break. What a breath taking series. The first one is about learning to get to know the main characters. Laura and Seth two amazing characters that you cant get enough of. Their story is quite the story to tell. Hold on because you are going on quite the ride with these two. Romance, suspense, intrigue, love and heart break. Ever bit is in the pages of this one. Every page turning moment you fell in love with Laura and Seth and want only happiness for these two. But is that what these two are going to get? Hold on because this first book is only the beginning.
Laura is still dealing with the death of her father and Seth is there to help her. Seth is trying to raise up in the hierarchy to run the streets. Laura and Seth have many differences but they still love each other if they could only see that.
