Murder at the Vicarage
by Agatha Christie
This was my first Miss Marple book and was actually the first Miss Marple book published and although she does solve the case she is largely a secondary character in this one. Unsure if this was just as a way to introduce her to the reader or whether Agatha never intended Miss Marple at this point to become a household name. While I did still enjoy it, it’s probably my least favourite of the Agatha Christie books I’ve read so far.
