The Horse and His Boy by C.S. Lewis

2.0

While I'm certain a younger reader would adore this book, it doesn't compare to 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe' or even 'The Magicians Nephew'.

However, the presence of talking animals provided some comic relief, and the reveal that Aslan was the one assisting the two children on their journey was quite the surprise.
