My Review:
Fall With Me was another amazing book by JLA. I instantly fall in love with Reece and Roxy. Their story was steamy, intense, and every bit wonderful in true JLA fashion. It seems like each book in this series is a pure gem; original, and delightfully entertaining.
Roxy is probably now one of my favorite heroines. Spunky, cocky, and dressed in witty, dorky T-shirts, she’s a girl you have to admire. However, she still battles with a past that seems to haunt her every decision. Throughout the book, though, she showed that she is a very tenacious character; strong willed and a bit hardheaded. I loved that about her though.
Reece is, good Lord, another SEXY male character created by JLA. Jesus, she can write some wonderful men. Reece is such a kind and caring individual. And though he too has made some makes by Roxy, he tries to always do what is right. I also loved that he doesn’t beat around the bush. He pretty much goes for what he wants and that also included Roxy.
Together they are a combustible couple. Their banter was a wonderful part of the story and something I just loved. The spark between them is, of course, undeniable. Though they are back and forth, have their ups and downs, and their rocky moments, they seem to always stick up for each other. I loved how well they seemed to fit together as well.
Jennifer’s writing style, as always, swept me away. Her storytelling is purely magic; luring and very enchanting all in one. I was able to really connect with the characters and understand their way of thinking and their actions. The story flowed very naturally and built at a nice and intense pace. The character growth between Reece and Roxy was genuinely built and naturally flowed. The suspense kept me glued to the pages and though I pretty much figured out what was happening and who was doing it, the suspense and mystery was never dull.
Fall With Me was sexy, steamy, suspenseful, and an all-around wonderful read. And of course I highly recommend this series.
