informative inspiring lighthearted slow-paced

In a nutshell, this book provides 32 practical exercises from the experiences of dancer and choreographer Twyla Tharp. The main foundation of the book is that Creativity is a habit and not a god-given gift that only a few can possess.

Though it had a few helpful tips, I found it boring. The tone of the writing was intolerable. It screamed narcissism and not inspiring at all. I like straightforward approach but this book beats around the bush and takes forever to get to the point.
Not recommended.
