Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals
by Oliver Burkeman
If you’re looking for a time management book and to squeeze more out of the day - this is the book you probably need instead. While I didn’t fall in love with the writing style (more stream on consciousness, imo), I absolutely found so much value in the message. Ive incorporated the questions the author poses into journal prompts and self check-ins throughout the day. It’s also sparked meaningful conversations with others and really given a different perspective to the typical narrative of time management.
