This book does get a small bump in the rating for just plain being such an amazing series. This is kind of a bonus book to the series. Kyle and Jamie's wedding storyline could have easily been a short on its own and would have detracted a little less from Oliver and Liam's story. But in the end I was just happy to see everything come together and final closure to be had on the evil that Kyle and Jamie have been chasing for six books.
I liked this reconnection of Oliver and Liam as well. They had drama in their teenage years and the bitterness definitely remains on Oliver's part. Liam is determined to make amends for the pain he caused. I liked how prickly Oliver was as Liam kept chipping away at his defenses.
This was a great conclusion to this entire story. I would love to see more stories within this world as it's just so fascinating. But it's nice to see everyone get there happiness. Even if I do miss seeing a bit of Alexei, Sean and everyone else.
