Intricately plotted and well-written, this mystery jumps backwards in time to when Maggie’s cousin first went missing in Ireland in the ‘90’s, to the present-day disappearance of another woman in similar circumstances. I learned a bit about Irish history from reading this, so that was a nice bonus! The first 50% of this book I had no clue what was going on with the puzzle and I was like, “wait… I thought there was supposed to be something in here about a romance?” Anyway, overall very well written.

I listened to the audiobook version and the narrator’s Long Island accent reminds me of Margot Robbie’s Long Island accent… Robbie is Australian...
