Vengeful Gods
by Elliott Rose
First off, I loved our FMC, Foxglove. She escaped an awful situation and made a new life as a tattoo artist. After Thorne, Kyron, and Raven drag her back into the dark world of her youth, she realizes that she needs to play the game to survive. The guys grew on me. They all have their haunted pasts, but are trying to operate in the gray to both appease those watching and their own sanities. Fox really brings it all out of them. The story was interesting, with the dark society aspect, and I loved the spicy parts. It was a very emotional ride from start to finish. Only when it ended did I get a chance to catch my breath.
