I was recommended this book as a 'self-help book, although it is not described as one. Instead of the typical motivational books, it takes a dark turn upon the author's experience living in the concentration camps during the Holocaust.  A heartbreak and reflective read that I highly recommend to anyone that wants to get into self-help novels.
