This is the fifth book in the Lost Fleet military series, a series that I recommend very highly for its space battles. I read this book at high speed and rooted for its hero from start to finish. That said, I found the plot perhaps too similar to earlier books in the series. On the plus side -- significant spoiler warning -- Despite some quibbles (outlined in my review of book 4) I've greatly enjoyed the series thus far, and am plunging straight into the sixth and final book.
