This book was an exploration of the human power to change your perspective. Teaching you to allow room to have new experiences, to grow from who you once were, to be snapped from your mindset which might feel blocked like a damned river. To move the blockage and allow your thoughts to flow in new directions that allow you to make changes that are not only good for you but also good for those around you. This book made me feel hopeful and inspired. Struggling a lot with negative thoughts is not something that you realize that you're doing until a small epiphany, then thinking back on those thoughts you can't believe that you've had them and believed them.
