Just read this in a day. This was - amazing. We can all relate in one way or another to Dolly’s experience. It made me think of “shared language” like how we all know the color blue because we all see it. We may see a slightly different color if we’ve looked at a different body of water/sky, but we all can agree its blue. Similarly, i felt like this book made me feel this way. We can have different experiences in which can feel so closely relatable. Excerpts about the importance of friendship/platonic love and being the strongest love that Dolly has experienced, really really resonated. God love really is all around us.
