The Lucifer Effect: Understanding How Good People Turn Evil by Philip G. Zimbardo

5.0

This book will make you question if you (or anyone close to you) is actually evil and it is sitting dormant in you. This book tackles the question of how people do terrible things. The author uses his deep knowledge on psychology to explore the idea that all people are bad, and all people are good. It is the situation that determines the outcome. This was vey true for his Stanford Prison experiment which he references throughout the whole book. It was a wonderfully informative read.
