A wonderful middle-grade short novel with an autistic mc. Honestly, I admit I almost haven't read any stories with an autistic mc until now. I have read fanfic with autistic and disabled mc, written by autistic author (it's discontinued), I feel like how autistic view the world is so fascinating and unique. People pity and bully them because they can't stand someone they consider inferior to them who is more genius and smart. In this novel, we have Addie as mc, with her twin older sisters, Keddie who is autistic, and Nina who is not. The story revolved around her school and village, Juniper with their dark past murdering their so-called 'witches'. For a mid-grade novel, this bittersweet story about autistic is pretty good. I'm glad the mc has a supportive family, with a loving relationship even with her neurotypical sister and her one and only best friend. I hope I can read more books with autistic mc in the future
