Pretty great intro to mindfulness. I love how over-explained everything is honestly. He really reinforces how and why you should be awareness(ing). The whole (heavily paraphrased) "your thoughts aren't you, they're just thoughts, they just happen - so be aware of that and realize you don't have to apply emotions/more thoughts to them no matter how disturbing/sad/powerful they are" thing really helped me. I have some crazy OCD rumination, this is a very helpful and positive book.
