A really sweet and fun story of a country cricket coming to the big city. I liked how the animals could understand the humans perfectly, but didn't decide to make animals capable of human speech.
It was hard to not come to care for the different characters and to become invested in their story. I'm definitely interested to see how their story continues in the next book.
