A bit disappointing, especially because it had such a strong beginning. I went into this expecting nothing, and the first hundred or so pages were so good I got my hopes up. And then came the instalove and I was like... seriously? This book is 500 pages long, the romance could easily have been a little more fleshed out. Also, it did drag a bit in the middle, it felt like the main character was just saying the same thing over and over again but nothing was actually happening. Other than that, I thought the world was really interesting and it's the main reason why I'm picking up the next book in this series.
