Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling

5.0

It's been reviewed to death; but I will say for those familiar with the series, this is probably my favorite of the seven. I think it's because it's packed with so much detail, & so many elements from past books are starting to resurface & fit together like a well-made jigsaw. Loved getting some backstory on Tom Riddle/Voldemort & even a bit more on Snape. It only enhances character depth & development.
