I keep thinking she can’t top her last one but… she does! These books are storytelling romance perfection staying cozy and sweet while not falling into the hallmark or YA trope land. This slow burn meant business with true enemies to lovers, no instant love but true grit and growth, and characters wrestle with their feelings while trying to save their own people from the other in any way they can. I already have the next book on my TBR. Kova is Queen
