I've only very recently decided to start reading romance novels, Jane Eyre being my first a couple of weeks ago, and I loved this book.
I never rolled my eyes, I was on the verge of tears a couple of times, and Emily made me care about all the characters. I maybe could've done with a little less Mom/family drama, but I think overall it was used well.
Can't wait to read another of a Emily's books.
