The Stonekeeper by Kazu Kibuishi

adventurous dark mysterious sad fast-paced

4.0

My eight-year-old son and I read this graphic novel together, and we both enjoyed it. There were some very dark and emotional moments, like the main character tragically losing her father in the first few pages (trigger warning 💔). But we enjoyed the artwork, the story line, the mystery, and the fun characters like talking animals and robots. We are anxious to check out the second book in the series so that we can see what happens next. We give this book four robots. 🤖🤖🤖🤖
