Just finished TBT. So many thoughts, emotions... just everything. First thing I told my friend was that I went through so much emotional turmoil reading this book. There were tears, there were laugh-out-loud moments, there were legitimate moments I screamed.
Without spoiling anything because everything is better with surprise, here are my thoughts.
Caldon. Has. My. Heart. He held all things together with his humour, his charm, and wit.
Crista is just legendary in every way, shape and form. Every interaction made me laugh. She was so good for the book and the story as a whole.
Jaren. My Heart. All that needs to be said.
Tipp is such a precious soul and I wished there was more of him in series (if that is even possible).
Kiva is such an incredible protagonist, as weird as it sounds I love her past and the way it shapes her. Her growth and change because of her past are what makes her Kiva, and that is something I love about her.
All the other characters I am not going to name just because it keeps suspense going. All the new characters are just awesome and really added to the plot. I DID NOT see any of the twists coming at all. There are definitely parts of the books I didn't entirely agree with, and thought they could have been handled differently, and maybe part of the ending it seemed as though in wanting to finish things some certain details were dealt with interestingly but overall Lynette ended the series on a note I was very happy with.
