Jill watts did an amazing job of explaining the black cabinet and there contributions for change in america. It was a great start we still have a ways to go. It was a history lesson that I wish I would have had in school. She gave you a look at how African Americans were treated while working in the federal government and the programs they started. I have a different appreciation for the new deal and how the government needed to take care of all americans. I have a better understanding of the hatch act.
