i loved this!! i read it in one sitting and it was so so good.
i was a little thrown off by the quick change in their relationship but it wasn’t anything crazy so i was still able to really enjoy it. at first i thought she was saying she loved him after two days, but then i realized it was just that she was hyperaware of not falling in love, and she was saying she could see it happening with him in the future.
i also think this story is about more than just the romance, which i really appreciated. the way grief is written is done so well (unfortunately because of the author’s experience) and i appreciated how fleshed out the characters were.
. i almost wish we couldve seen what her conversation with her aunt was. but i also think its kind of nice that we didnt, the same way clementine let vera’s letter be private.
