I will keep this review vague to avoid spoilers because I think going in blind is the most satisfying way to read this book.
The story takes place in a post apocalyptic England and has an interesting and unique take on the genre I found refreshing. The science is grounded somewhat in realism, which I prefer. The characters have distinct personalities but my favorite character is Melanie. Her chapters were the most interesting. The other POVs dragged a little here and there in the middle of the story. Satisfying ending.
Overall a good sci fi book I would definitely recommend.
