I’ve been loving this series, but the latest installment in @januarybellromance’s accidental alien brides series meant so much to me as someone who deals with anxiety only kept at bay with meds.
Michelle is one of the Earth women who were married off, without their knowledge, to alien warlords in exchange for tech. Now, she’s without her anxiety meds and her alien husband, Alvez, has used his misunderstanding of romance novels to inspire a kidnapping to make her fall in love. The two are alone on the beach, when something attacks their ship, so now they must stay alive, hopefully discover what happened on this beach to earlier occupants, and also duh fall in love. Alvez is the sweetest cinnamon roll who can and will kick ass to protect his wife. Michelle is a genius badass who is dealing with some demons but damn she does a good job.
Part of an interconnected series that will make more sense in order, but can be read alone. TW kidnapping (both funny misunderstanding and serious childhood), anxiety, panic attacks 18+ and out on kindle unlimited next week!!!
