ok so if you read my review on the first book you know this is my all time favorite series. Ive read the series a crazy amount of times and love them dearly. I first read the series around 2011-2012 so at that point most of the books had been released exept for Nevermore. I pretty much spent my 6-7th grade years reading these books over and over.
Fastfoward to 2015 and I hadnt done much reading and was not really up to date on new books and book releases. So one day I was walking around traget and saw this book and freaked!
This book sat on my shelf for a couple years. Until this year (2019) I finnally opened it up and read it. I truly do not know why it took me so long to read it but I am happy I finnally did. You would think.. when an unexpected book in your favorite series is released you would jump right into it..but for some reason that wasn't me.
I also reread the entire series before reading this one so it helped with my experience when reading this book.
I enjoyed the book as a whole but there were a few things I did not like.
The story was a repeat of the previous books.. it centers them fighting this villian and what not. Though it was still enjoyable there was no distinct difference from the previous ones. So for that I gave the book a 4/5 stars. I loved reading about my favorite flock again but don't really think this book was necessary.
