Our Woman in Moscow
by Beatriz Williams
4.5 stars
historical fiction involving the cold war and spies? YES.
since i binge-watched The Americans during the pandemic, i’ve been obsessed with spy rings and the soviets. this book did not disappoint. i loved the multiple POVs and the multiple timelines. i enjoyed both ruth and iris as main characters. and lyudmila! not to spoil anything… but damn. her story gets a twist at the end.
one of beatriz’s best. HIGHLY recommended.
