i completely understand the hype of this book. if was beautiful, gut wrenching, emotional, sad, happy, tense, all of it. i’ve never read a book in this style and i just felt like i was watching a documentary. it was written so well that i was like “i need to go research this band that doesn’t even exist.” absolutely adored this book from start to finish (which i finished in one sitting btw).
