Absolutely fantastic!! 5+ stars!
I have enjoyed all three stories so far in the Malazan world that I have read, but this story, and this book, has far surpassed the first two. Adventure, gods reawakening, the return of favorite characters, war and its losses, and the building of friendships. What a powerful, moving story of these unique groups of people. If you have never read the Malazan Book of the Fallen, what are you waiting for??
