So, uh, do y'all remember that music video for Caravan Palace's "Lone Digger"? The one with all the animals and the, erm, stuff? And do you remember the video game Hotline Miami, by any chance?
If you loved one or either of those things, you're going to love APE. Orantes and Sanchez have outdone themselves on this first issue alone. The art is the perfect amount of gritty and neon, and you know that the plot is going to be all sorts of antihero that'll sustain itself for decades.
