My interest in reading this was sparked by watching Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, which I really enjoyed and recommend. This was a fascinating book to me. I’m all for preventive health and feel Peter’s methods are sound and logical. Some of the chapters on the why of each aspect felt a little dense and long but still probably necessary. I enjoyed the application chapters more and appreciated his inclusion of emotional health. Great read for me! 4.5 stars.
