DNF. I tried. But after just reading The Midnight Library and not loving it, this felt like more of the same - a character living a different life, again and again, with no sense of plot. I made it four hours into it and decided I couldn’t justify another 13 hours. I enjoyed the writing style and was intrigued by the concept but the execution was painfully repetitive, and while weaving through history, failed to explore any of it beyond a superficial level.
