The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook: Wholesome, Indulgent Plant-Based Recipes by Nisha Vora

informative slow-paced

3.0

I’m not sure if this is adaptable to other multifunction pressure cookers. Anyways, the author was pretty obsessed with “Israeli couscous” or pearl couscous at one point - I want to emphasize that I reject zionism and the support of ethnic cleansing and genocide through food and culture in vegan spaces, whether the book was written recently or years ago. So, in place of that diabolical Israhell couscous recipe, I recommend looking into Palestinian couscous (maftoul) recipes - the OG and the GOAT, which is a million times better and will always age well.
