I honestly don't have anything new to say about this book because it's SO similar to the previous 3 books in this series. Though these books are simple and enjoyable reads, nothing significant really happens that separates the characters from each other and there's no depth. Basically, the books rely on showing text messages to develop the relationship between the main couple and there's no further development/progression that we get to see. While the text messages are nice and cute, it gets very repetitive since this is what has happened in all of the books so far - the main shift in the couple's relationship happens during the text messages and we don't get to truly see the change other than sudden playful text messages. It's nothing new at this point and personally, it makes the plot/characters fall flat. However, I think the conflict in this book was the nicest one in the series so far; it wasn't a silly third act breakup. Smith had the best grand gesture out of all of them. It seems like most, if not all, the characters we've gotten so far are grumps so I'm hoping Miller's book will be different, especially since I think he's the funniest of them all because of how chaotic he is.
