kate and anthony had chemistry, i’ll give them that but mark my words: kate deserved better. sorry but i just it ironic how she spent most of the time in the book, trying to save her sister from him when she was the one who needed saving.

anthony was a fucking dickhead. plain and simple. reading his pov made me want to get my hands cut with a chainsaw. he was so obnoxious and irritating!! and typical of white men in that time, anthony was a whore, yet slutshamed the women he slept with. naturally of course he would settle down with virginal wife. his wife must be well-bred, nothing like the slut he used to sleep with right? hypocritical.

also if your wife asked for your marriage to not be consummated immediately, you must be angry right, anthony? after all how dare she asked you that. denying you of your god given right? god, you’re a fucking dick.

and don’t get me started on the drama in the end. anthony bridgerton, you’re so fucking dramatic.
