How to Be a Woman by Caitlin Moran

funny inspiring lighthearted reflective medium-paced

5.0

A short, sharp, feminist manifesto/ memoir detailing Moran’s thoughts and experiences on being a woman. After reading ‘More Than a Woman’ I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a copy of ‘How to be a Woman’ – I’m totally in love with Moran’s style, wit and humour. She exudes confidence in her frank and honest approach to life. I wish I had this book growing up! But still it was so relatable to me as an adult; Moran guides us through the experiences that shaped her into the woman she is today. It is especially funny – more so than ‘More Than a Woman’. For me, there were so many ‘omg me too!’ moments which just made me feel seen! Off to try some of Moran’s fiction now 
