Nobody Told Me: Poetry and Parenthood by Hollie McNish

challenging emotional funny hopeful reflective medium-paced

Superb. Loved Hollie's funny and emotive insights into navigating motherhood and society's attitudes to mothers and women in general. Passing this book on to many of my friends and family! I did feel the prose was stronger than the poetry and my favourite McNish poetry remains in Slug.
