Well, this definitely did something for me. Maya Angelou is craftswoman who, through her words created a deeply enthralling experience for me. As a young black woman, never had I read something that spoke to me on such a high level. I believe that this work is a gift, to everyone and anyone who's just willing to sit back and enjoy the delicate yet gut-wrenching prose of Angelou. And for that I say thank you.
