Thief by Tarryn Fisher
3.0

It was such an emotional rollercoaster reading this series. All characters are so unapologetically villainous and selfish, and human. Similar to the previous two books, Thief is told in an alternate past and present, but from Caleb's Pov (our main guy trapped between the two Olivia and Leah). We also get one or two chapters from Noah- Olivia's new love interest. Somehow, the repetitive 'past' scenes from Caleb's pov was a bit confusing, especially since some scenes weren't told in chronological order.

In Thief, we learnt how truly f*cked up these characters are as humans but it was captivating to read about their lies and manipulations still. Despite the long trilogy, I still feel the ending for Thief/the series was rushed, especially with the two deaths that kinda 'set everything back into place'. All in all, still a great series.
