An overall good read; I wouldn’t overly encourage or discourage others from it.
Pros:
- easy to read and quick chapters. Kept the plot moving along.
- good twist at the end, although the reader sort of senses all along that it wasn’t the first suspect.
Cons:
- poor character development. The murderer, for example, was someone we hardly knew.
- unfleshed out plot lines. The protagonists’ sickness, for example. Just why?
