Best of the trilogy. Really loved Xander and Teddy's brilliant friendship and communication and their romance - the book spans one year, set about halfway through book 2 onwards, and really touches on great conversations with grief as well, and honour to duty, and then honour to yourself. Really loved this one, will definitely reread in the future. There was no jealous ex trope, or miscommunication, they really just matched each other and were patient when need to be, and wasted no time in places too. 
I think I've read some of BAKER's work before but this was an absolute stand out for me!
