This is my favorite book in this series! They were what each other needed and didn't even know it. I loved seeing both of them change and fight their feelings at times. His servants knew what they were doing and didn't care what he thought. I was afraid in the end what would happen, but loved how different it was.
Adeline has always been at odds with people. She is one of my favorites because she speaks her mind even though at times it doesn't it comes out harsh. I loved that she started to see her ways of thinking wasn't the best and started to change.
Jasper has been hidden away for so long. The way people treated him broke my heart because they were quick to judge. I loved that he took care of things the way he did and never ran from anything. He is favorite of mine too.
