I know a lot of people LOVE this book, but for me it was just ok. Honestly probably in part because I am NOT a blood or gore person, and there are definitely a lot of scenes with that! For some reason that I can’t quite put my finger on, Vicious just felt a little bit flat to me. I absolutely adored Mitch and Sydney, and maybe that’s my point- I’m more interested in the side characters than I am in the two main villains.
