Did not finish book. Stopped at 11%.

The anti-indigenous vibes were so clear from the beginning, and I read a review that basically said it gets worse from there. Also, the review said

two seemingly major characters just get murdered and never mentioned again?

Dumb. And the storytelling and world building felt really all over the place. From the jump, it felt like I’d started a story in progress and was missing important context.
